1 each  Brownie, regular, dry mix, 21.5oz package
0 3/4 tsp  mint extract
3 tbsp  fat free cream cheese
3 tbsp  margarine
2 cup  confectioners sugar
0 1/4 oz  green food coloring
1 tbsp  unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp  cold water
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13x9x2 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Prepare brownie mix according to directions on package, and add 1/4 teaspoon of peppermint extract.
  3. Pour batter onto prepared pan, and bake according to directions on package. Try not to over bake. Take out of oven, and let cool completely to the room temperature.
  4. Use a mixing bowl and beat together the cream cheese, 1 tablespoon margarine, confectioner's sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract until it is smooth. Add a few drops of green food coloring while mixing.
  5. Spread on the baked brownie layers.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the remaining 2 tablespoons margarine, cocoa, and the water. Spread very carefully over the cream cheese layer and let cool. Cut into squares.
