0 1/4 cup  Bourbon, 94 proof
2 tbsp  maple syrup
2 tbsp  Catsup
0 1/4 cup  cold water
0 1/2 tsp  ground nutmeg
0 1/4 tsp  ground ginger
1 1/2 lb  Pork, tenderloin, lean, raw
  1. In shallow, nonmetal casserole dish, mix bourbon, maple syrup, catsup, water, nutmeg, and ginger.
  2. Place tenderloin in dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium.
  4. Slice tenderloin into six even pieces.
  5. Place slices on grill, cook 6 to 8 minutes, until pork is cooked thoroughly.
