  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix chicken, vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and poultry seasoning in a large bowl and stir completely. Transfer contents to the baking dish.
  3. In a separate medium bowl, mix milk, baking mix, and sour cream; pour ingredients over the baking dish.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes uncovered. Serve hot.
