1 1/2 cup  cold water
1 cup  cornmeal
0 1/4 tsp  salt
2 tbsp  margarine
1 cup  whole milk
1 each  raw large eggs
1 tsp  low sodium baking powder
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Lightly coat 1 1/2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. In small saucepan, bring water to boil.
  4. Place cornmeal in large bowl.
  5. Add boiling water, stir until smooth.
  6. Add salt and margarine, blend. Set aside for 10 minutes or until cool.
  7. Add milk, baking powder and egg yolk to cooled ingredients.
  8. In a separate mixing bowl, beat egg white with hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
  9. Fold egg white into other ingredients, pour batter into prepared baking dish.
  10. Bake for 45 minutes.
  11. Cut bread into 6 slices and serve immediately.
