16 oz  fat free cream cheese
1 tbsp  Worcestershire sauce
0 1/2 tsp  minced garlic
0 1/2 tsp  tabasco sauce
12 oz  cocktail sauce
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped green onion
1 lb  cooked shrimp
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
  1. In a large bowl, blend the cream of cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and hot pepper sauce until creamy.
  2. Spread on the bottom of a 9-inch serving plate. Cover the cream cheese with the cocktail sauce. Sprinkle with the green onions, shrimp, and parsley. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
