Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Grease 10 cups of a muffin tin and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend cereal with milk. Stir in egg whites and margarine. Add and blend in flour, cocoa, SPLENDA Granular, and baking soda.
  4. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each one about ½ full.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or a toothpick inserted into the crown of a muffin comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pans for about 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm or cold.
