Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Coat a nonstick cookie sheet with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  3. Put flour in a small bowl. In another small bowl, mix egg substitute and buttermilk together.
  4. In third bowl, combine the crumbs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Roll each chicken strip lightly in flour, then dip into egg-buttermilk mixture, and finally roll in seasoned crumbs.
  6. Arrange strips on prepared cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes, turning once, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve immediately.
