Ingredients Directions
  1. Add enough water to reserved peach juice to make 1 cup.
  2. Stir in 2 tablespoons sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
  3. Heat to boiling and boil until clear, cool slightly.
  4. Beat cream cheese, milk, remaining 1 tablespoon sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Spread over crust.
  6. Arrange strawberries and peaches on cheese mixture.
  7. Spoon glaze over fruit.
  8. Chill 2 to 3 hours before serving.
