0.6667 cup  Milk, nonfat/skim, dry
0 3/4 cup  cold water
2 tsp  dried parsley
1 tsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  onion flakes
1 tsp  Mustard, prepared, original English, Colman's
0.125 tsp  minced garlic
1 lb  ground turkey, 7% fat, raw
9 tbsp  bread crumbs
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together the dry milk powder, water, parsley flakes, lemon juice, onion flakes, mustard, and garlic. Mix in the meat and bread crumbs.
  3. Pat mixture into a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray and bake for 1 hour.
  4. Remove from oven, let set for 5 minutes, cut into 6 pieces, and serve!
