12 oz  cooked chicken breast
0 3/4 cup  low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
2 tbsp  Relish, pickle, sweet
0 1/2 cup  fat free mayonnaise
2 oz  pimentos
0.125 tsp  black pepper
6 each  Buns, hamburger, reduced calorie
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix together the chicken, Cheddar cheese, celery, onion, and pickle relish in a mixing bowl. Then stir in the mayonnaise, pimiento, and black pepper.
  3. Spoon about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture between each bun. Wrap each sandwich in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
