2 each  Cucumber, fresh, medium
1 oz  smoked salmon
0 1/2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
8 oz  cream cheese
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
  1. Slice cucumbers into 24 pieces, each 1/4" thick.
  2. Place cucumber slices on paper towel to drain.
  3. In food processor, fitted with steel blade, combine smoked salmon, cream cheese, pepper, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  4. Spread one teaspoon of salmon cream on top of each cucumber slice. Arrange on platter. Serve.
