Ingredients Directions
  1. Mix together the skim milk and flour in a covered jar and shake well. Pour mixture into a skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  2. Stir in the cream cheese and cook over medium heat until mixture thickens.
  3. Mix in the undrained mushrooms, peas, tuna, parsley flakes, pimiento, and black pepper. As soon as mixture begins to boil, stir in the rice and remove from heat.
  4. Cover, let set for 5 minutes, toss with a fork, and serve.
