  1. Cut off the top of all four tomatoes. Then cut tomatoes into quarters without cutting all the way through and spread the wedges apart.
  2. Mix together the tuna, cooked macaroni, celery, onion flakes, and parsley flakes in a mixing bowl. Then stir in the mayonnaise, pimiento, and Cheddar cheese.
  3. Put about 2/3 cup tuna mixture into the center of each tomato.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
