1 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
2 cup  Cole Slaw, Super, dry mix
1 1/2 cup  Salsa, chunky
2 cup  cooked pasta
0.6667 cup  Milk, nonfat/skim, dry
1 cup  cold water
1 1/2 cup  low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
0.125 tsp  black pepper
  1. Sauté the celery and onion for 5 minutes in a skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  2. Stir in the shredded cabbage and continue cooking for 3 to 5 minutes, then stir in the salsa and noodles.
  3. Mix the dry milk powder and water in a mixing bowl, and add to the veggie mixture.
  4. Stir in the cheddar cheese and black pepper.
  5. Lower the heat and let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often.
