Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat 8 x 8 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Put 1/4 cup granular sweetener, crackers, butter, 2 tablespoons flour and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a food processor. Process until crumbly.
  3. Toss together remaining sweetener, flour, cinnamon, pears, lemon juice and water until fruit is evenly coated.
  4. Place in prepared pan and cover with crumb topping. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbling around edges. Serve warm.
