Ingredients Directions
  1. Sauté the onion and green pepper for 5 minutes in a skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  2. Stir in the tomatoes and corn, and continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
  3. Mix in the brown sugar, parsley, and chili seasoning.
  4. Then lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
