Ingredients Directions
  1. Place the broccoli, cauliflower, and zucchini in an 8-by-8 inch glass baking dish.
  2. Cover, then microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Drain moisture, then stir in the tomatoes.
  4. Pour the Italian dressing on the veggies, and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top.
  5. Cover, microwave on high for 3 minutes, and let set for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Stir and serve.
