Ingredients Directions
  1. Mix together the celery, carrots, and water in a saucepan and bring mixture to a boil.
  2. Lower the heat, cover, and let simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Drain the vegetables and replace them in the saucepan.
  4. Mix in the beef gravy, undrained mushrooms, and parsley flakes.
  5. Continue simmering for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring often, and then serve.
