Ingredients Directions
  1. Mix the carrots, onion, and green pepper together in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Mix the tomato soup, sugar substitute, Italian dressing, vinegar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce together in saucepan and then bring to a boil.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and pour its contents over the carrot mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover and then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Stir in the rotini pasta and ham, and then re-cover and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
  6. Stir once more and serve.
