0 1/2 cup  chopped scallions
3 each  medium garlic cloves
15 oz  Beans, white, mature, canned
1 tsp  dijon mustard
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  olive oil
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tbsp  fresh basil
1 tsp  ground thyme
1 tsp  fresh dill weed
1 tsp  fresh tarragon
0 1/4 tsp  ground nutmeg
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Serve with pita bread.
