1/4 cup  sun dried tomatoes
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  fresh chives
1 tbsp  dried basil
1 tsp  olive oil
1 cup  Cheese, ricotta, fat free
  1. Finely mince tomatoes, garlic, and chives. Place in small bowl.
  2. Add basil, oil, and cheese. Toss lightly to blend.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
