1 each  cooking spray
1 cup  slivered almonds
2 tsp  unsalted butter
1 tsp  ground ginger
1 tbsp  liquid aminos seasoning
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Spread almonds in single layer.
  3. Place baking sheet on middle rack of oven and bake almonds 12 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until almonds are light gold.
  4. In small microwave safe bowl, mix butter, ginger, and liquid Aminos.
  5. Microwave on high for about thirty seconds. Remove bowl and blend well.
  6. Remove baking sheet from the oven. Pour seasoned butter mix over almonds. Toss.
  7. Return baking sheet to oven for an additional 5 minutes. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes
  8. Serve immediately, or store in airtight container.
