0.6667 cup  unsalted butter
0.3333 cup  Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
1 tsp  instant coffee granules
1 cup  sugar
2 each  eggs
1 tsp  vanilla extract
0 3/4 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 cup  semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp  grated orange peel
0 1/2 cup  powdered sugar
Directions
  1. Grease 8x8x2-inch baking pan, set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan, stir in cocoa powder and coffee crystals.
  3. Remove the mixture from heat and stir in granulated sugar.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, stirring to combine after each. Beat lightly by hand until the ingredients are combined then stir in flour.
  5. Fold in chocolate pieces, and shredded peel.
  6. Spread the mixture into prepared pan, and bake for 30 minutes in a 350ยบ oven.
  7. Cool in pan on a wire rack, and sift powdered sugar over the top if desired. Cut into 24 bars to serve.
