10 oz  chopped frozen spinach
0 1/2 cup  light mayonnaise
1 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  dried dill weed
2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 cup  chopped parsley
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped green onion
1/4 tsp  garlic powder
  1. Thaw spinach according to package directions. Drain and squeeze out excess water.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine spinach, mayonnaise, yogurt, seasoned salt, dill weed, lemon juice, parsley, green onion, and garlic powder.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
