1 1/2 lb  Peaches, fresh, medium, FDA
2 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup  orange juice
1 cup  pineapple juice
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  sugar
1 tbsp  almond extract
  1. Purée the peaches in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Add the yogurt, orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, sugar, and almond extract.
  3. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until just before serving.
