  1. Pop the popcorn according to the package directions. If desired add salt, and let cool.
  2. Use a medium pot, and melt the marshmallows and margarine over low heat, constantly stirring, until smooth.
  3. Mix the candy coated milk chocolate candies with popcorn.
  4. Remove the marshmallow mixture from the heat, and pour over popcorn and candies.
  5. Gently mix. Spoon the mixture into a 13x9x2 inch pan or a 2-quart oblong pan, coated with nonstick cooking spray. Refrigerate until hardened and cut.
