  1. In a saucepan, cook the green beans in water until tender. Then drain and let them cool.
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, soy sauce, and garlic in a large bowl. Then mix in the green beans, tuna, and celery.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Then stir in the almonds and chow mein noodles immediately before serving.
