Ingredients Directions
  1. Combine the dry pudding mix, dry gelatin, and skim milk in a medium saucepan, and then cook over medium heat stirring continuously.
  2. When mixture thickens and begins to boil, remove from heat. Put the saucepan on a wire rack and let the mixture completely cool off.
  3. Once cool, blend in the whipped topping and almond extract.
  4. Mix in the strawberries and rice and pour the mixture into a serving bowl.
  5. Cover, refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, stir once more, and serve.
