  1. Combine the dry pudding mix, dry gelatin, and dry milk powder in a large bowl.
  2. Then, with a wire whisk, mix in the undrained pineapple, reserved fruit cocktail liquid, and water.
  3. Blend in the Cool Whip Free and then add the cocktail and marshmallows, mixing lightly to combine.
  4. Cover, refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, stir once more, and serve.
