0 1/4 cup  ground flax seed
0 1/4 cup  tap water
1 each  eggs
1 pinch  salt
1 tsp  packed dark brown sugar
1 pinch  ground cinnamon
  1. In small saucepan, whisk flax, water, egg, and salt.
  2. Cook over medium heat, 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until egg cooks and porridge is thickened.
  3. Season with brown sugar and cinnamon, to taste, if desired.
