1 lb  large raw shrimp
2 tbsp  minced garlic
1 tsp  onion powder
2 tbsp  fresh basil
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
4 tbsp  margarine
0 1/4 cup  white wine
  1. Peel and clean Shrimp and butterfly.
  2. Mix together all other ingredients and heat until I can't believe it's not butter is melted.
  3. Marinate shrimp in butter mixture refrigerated for 1 hour.
  4. Grill shrimp until just cooked, meanwhile boil butter mixture to use as a dip with the shrimp. (You must boil since raw shrimp were marinated in it).
  5. You can bake or broil shrimp in the marinade as well if a grill is unavailable.
