1 lb  silken tofu
3 each  scallions
1 tbsp  fresh ginger root
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  chopped parsley
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
0 1/2 tsp  toasted sesame oil
  1. In a food processor, blend together tofu, scallions, ginger, garlic, parsley, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
