6 oz  plain nonfat yogurt
8 oz  goat cheese
2 tsp  fresh tarragon
2 tbsp  chopped scallions
2 tbsp  minced onion
1 pinch  kosher salt
1 pinch  black pepper
Directions
  1. Put a coffee filter in a strainer and place it over a bowl. Put the yogurt into the filter and let it drain over the bowl for either about an hour at room temperature, or a day in the refrigerator.
  2. In a separate bowl, mash together the goat cheese, tarragon, parsley, scallions, red onion, salt, and pepper to make a smooth spread. When the yogurt is done draining, mix it in with the spread.
