1 each  medium potatoes
14 oz  low sodium chicken broth
4 cup  fresh broccoli florets
1 1/2 cup  whole milk
0 1/2 cup  sour cream
4 oz  shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp  fresh chives
  1. In large saucepan, combine potatoes and broth. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5-8 minutes until potatoes are soft.
  2. In separate saucepan, steam broccoli 4-5 minutes until bright green and slightly soft.
  3. In blender or food processor, add potatoes, broth and broccoli. Blend until smooth. Return to saucepan.
  4. Add milk, 1/4 cup sour cream and cheese. Stir until cheese melts and soup is well heated.
  5. Serve in individual bowls, topped with teaspoon of sour cream and sprinkle of chives.
