15 oz  canned yams
4 cup  Biscuit, plain, dry mix
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 cup  fat free milk
3 tbsp  Margarine, 80% fat, unsalted
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Use a mixing bowl, and mix the mashed yams with cinnamon and baking mix.
  2. Add milk and margarine to the mixture and stir until blended.
  3. Roll on a floured surface to a 1-inch thickness. Cut with a 2-inch cutter, and place on an un-greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or wait until golden brown.
