12 oz  pork sausage
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
12 each  eggs
0 1/2 cup  whole milk
0 1/2 cup  sour cream
0 1/2 tsp  salt
3 tbsp  fresh chives
4 oz  shredded cheddar cheese
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In large skillet, brown sausage and onion over medium heat, about 5 minutes.
  3. In large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and sour cream. Add salt and chives.
  4. Coat 13" x9" baking dish with cooking spray.
  5. Spread sausage and onions evenly over bottom of pan. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Pour egg mixture into pan.
  7. Bake 30 minutes or until eggs are set in center.
