Ingredients Directions
  1. Drain corn.
  2. Cut jalapeño in half. Remove seeds and dice.
  3. Chop white plus 2" of green onion.
  4. In large bowl, mix Mexi-corn, green chilies, jalapeño peppers, green onion, cheese, and sour cream.
  5. Keep refrigerated until serving.
