0.6667 cup  mayonnaise
3 tbsp  whole milk
2 oz  bacon bits
1 tsp  dried parsley
0 1/4 tsp  lemon pepper seasoning
2 cup  cooked baby red potatoes
0 3/4 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
5 each  large hard-boiled eggs
  1. In large bowl, mix potatoes, celery, and onions, then add eggs
  2. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, milk, bacon bits, parsley flakes, and lemon pepper. Add to potato mixture and stir to blend well.
  3. Cover, refrigerate 15 minutes, stir once again, and serve.
