0.3333 cup  canola oil
0 1/4 cup  packed light brown sugar
0 3/4 cup  sugar
1 each  eggs
1 each  egg whites
1 tsp  vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup  white all purpose flour
1 tsp  ground cinnamon
1 tsp  baking soda
1 1/2 cup  old fashioned rolled oats
0 1/2 cup  chopped pecans
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl stir together the oil, brown sugar, sugar, egg, egg white, and vanilla.
  3. In a small bowl mix together the flour, cinnamon, and, baking soda.
  4. Combine the flour and sugar mixtures.
  5. Mix in the oatmeal and pecans well.
  6. Use nonstick cooking spray on a baking sheet, and drop by rounded teaspoonfuls. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove and let cool on wax paper
