16 oz  Pasta, macaroni, enriched, cooked
8 oz  Cheese, cheddar, sharp, reduced fat
12 floz  Milk, evaporated, low fat
2 1/2 cup  fat free milk
1 each  eggs
0 1/4 cup  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a 2 quart casserole dish, combine the macaroni and cheese together.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the evaporated milk, milk, egg, sugar, salt and pepper together, and pour over the macaroni.
  4. Cover and bake for 1 hour, or until liquid is almost absorbed.
  5. Uncover, and keep baking for 10 minutes.
