2 tbsp  butter
1 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 tsp  ground cumin
1 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
0 1/4 tsp  salt
3 cup  peanuts
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine butter, lime juice, cumin, black pepper, ground red pepper, and salt.
  3. Heat until butter has been melted, stirring frequently.
  4. Add peanuts. Toss lightly to coat peanuts.
  5. Spread peanuts in 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until toasted, stirring occasionally.
  7. Cool mixture before serving.
