1 each  cooking spray
6 cup  Popcorn, air popped
2 tbsp  sugar
2 tsp  cold water
0 1/4 tsp  ground cinnamon
0.125 tsp  ground nutmeg
0.125 tsp  ground ginger
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat 13" x 9" x 2" dish with cooking spray. Place popcorn in dish.
  3. In small bowl, stir sugar, water, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Drizzle spice mixture over popcorn. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Bake 15 minutes, stirring once or twice.
  5. Transfer popcorn to large piece of foil. Cool completely before serving.
