2 each  large tomato
1 each  medium red bell peppers
1 each  large yellow bell pepppers
1 each  red onion
1 tsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp  fresh lime juice
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
1 tsp  chili powder
1 tsp  ground cumin
1 pinch  tabasco sauce
1 pinch  kosher salt
1 pinch  black pepper
Directions
  1. In large bowl, mix tomatoes, peppers, onion, olive oil, and lime juice. Add parsley, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, hot sauce, salt, and pepper and toss to mix.
  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve.
