Ingredients Directions
  1. Sauté the ham, onion, and green pepper for 5 minutes in a large saucepan sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato juice, water, and chili seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  3. Mix in the kidney beans and rice.
  4. Stir in olives and Cheddar cheese and lower heat. Let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often.
