Ingredients Directions
  1. Saute turkey and onion in a cooking spray coated pot.
  2. Mix in the celery, beef broth, tomato juice, kidney beans, tomatoes, corn, carrots, and green beans.
  3. Stir in the garlic, chili seasoning, and black pepper and then bring mixture to a boil.
  4. Lower heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
