2 cup  white all purpose flour
2 cup  whole wheat flour
1 tsp  baking soda
1 tsp  salt
2 tbsp  sugar
3 tbsp  margarine
1.3333 cup  low fat buttermilk
2 each  egg whites
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place the flours, baking soda, salt, and sugar into a food processor and pulse until well blended.
  3. Add the margarine to mix and process for 10 seconds.
  4. Stir the buttermilk and egg whites together until well blended.
  5. Add buttermilk mix to the food processor while it is running. Continue processing for 20 seconds or until dough forms a ball.
  6. Knead dough on a floured surface about 10 times.
  7. Coat an 8-inch round cake pan with cooking spray and pat the dough into it. Mark a 1/4-inch deep x into the top of the dough.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes.
  9. Let bread cool on a wire rack before slicing into wedges and serving.
