0 1/2 cup  chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
8 oz  fat free cream cheese
8 oz  low fat cream cheese
1 cup  sugar
1 1/2 cup  fat free cottage cheese
1 each  eggs
1 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/4 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/4 cup  unsweetened cocoa powder
0.3333 cup  amaretto
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Use a 9-inch spring form pan, spread the chocolate crumbs on the bottom of the pan and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together both of the cream cheeses, sugar, cottage cheese, egg, and vanilla.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the flour and cocoa.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the cream cheese mixture. Add the amaretto.
  5. Pour batter into pan, and bake for 1 hour, or until it is set.
  6. Remove from the oven, and cool to room temperature.
  7. Refrigerate until well chilled. Remove side of pan, and serve
