Ingredients Directions
  1. Mix the chicken broth, peas, corn, onion, celery, and carrots together in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer until vegetables are tender.
  2. Combine the dry milk, water, and flour in a covered jar. Shake well and pour mixture into the saucepan.
