0 1/2 each  seedless raisins
1 cup  cold water
1 1/4 cup  old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup  white all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.3333 cup  sugar
0 1/4 cup  margarine
0 1/4 cup  fat free milk
1 each  eggs
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Soak the raisins in the boiling water for 10 minutes and then drain.
  2. Process the oats in a food processor until finely ground.
  3. Mix together the oats, flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  4. Use a pastry blender to cut in the margarine and then mix in the raisins.
  5. Mix together the milk and egg then add to the dry ingredients, stir just until ingredients are moistened.
  6. Knead dough 4 or 5 times on a lightly floured surface. Divide into two halves.
  7. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray and place the two halves of dough on sheet. Pat dough into two 7-inch circles then cut into 6 wedges each.
  8. Bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve!
