16 oz  low fat cream cheese
3 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tsp  lowfat milk
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped green onion
0 1/4 tsp  hickory liquid smoke
14 3/4 oz  canned boneless, skinless salmon

Choose one of the following:
2 tbsp  fresh dill weed
1 each  whole jalapeno pepper
1 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
1 1/2 tsp  garlic pepper seasoning
1 tsp  cajun seasoning
1 tsp  salt substitute seasoning
  1. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, lemon juice, milk, green onions, hickory smoke, and the seasoning of your choice (choose one).
  2. Beat in salmon until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Chill several hours for flavors to blend.
  4. Spread onto toasted bagels, French bread slices, crackers, pumpernickel or rye bread, or bagel chips.
